Teaching Philosophy

Fair and equal are different words & ideas. In order to treat students fairly, Mrs. McNair will provide students with what each one needs to find success. This means that aspects of our classroom will not appear equal, but will be fair.

Addressing the NHCSD Board of Education approved curriculum and preparing students for continued success in their secondary education is more than providing instruction.

Recognizing that each student comes to class with unqiue experiences, establishing a rapport of trust and colleagiality with students is crucial to helping each student meet her/his full potential.
